Mike McBride – Vice President, Business Development
Mike brings 20+ years of technology, consulting and management to DMC. Mike has the unique skills to listen carefully and assess what challenges each client faces and then present the right approach to help the company out.
Mike has truly demonstrated a very “outside the box” approach to solving business issues. Mike has been recognized as 40 Under 40, and as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Steve Brown – Chief Operating Officer / Consultant
Steve's primary responsibilities for the organization includes fostering strategic partnerships, client relationship management and overseeing the delivery of DMC engagements.
Steve has over 19 years of experience in the Data Management arena having served in business development, managerial, analytical, leadership, and development roles. Steve has a significant record of accomplishment in successfully leading and completing highly visible and time-critical Data Integration and Data Warehousing related projects in various industries. In addition, Steve served as President to the Ohio Oracle Users Group in 2001 and Vice-President in 2000, 2003 and 2004.
Traci Davidson – Delivery Manager/ Consultant
Traci works directly with DMc clients by managing projects and ensuring successful delivery of DMC engagements.
Traci is PMP certified, has an MBA, and is a recognized leader by her peers.
Gregory A. Ruf– Chief Executive Officer
Greg is noted as being one of the creators of the on-line recruitment industry, and was voted one of the top-10 small Business Persons of the year in Columbus, Ohio in 1998. He has a proven track record of managing and growing startup organizations into profitable enterprises. For Data Management Consulting, Greg will oversee the daily operations of the business.
